Refund Policy

Introduction

At MeetMic, we strive to offer the best service to our users. We understand, however, that there may be instances where users are not fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue a refund. MeetMic Pro is sold in two places, and which one you bought from decides who can refund you: licenses bought on our website are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, while in-app purchases made in the App Store are sold by Apple.

Licenses

MeetMic operates on a perpetual license basis. The fees and terms for the license are available at checkout and within the app.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every MeetMic Pro license bought on our website is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If MeetMic isn't right for you, request a refund yourself at meetmic.app/refund using the license key and email address from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Eligible requests are refunded in full, automatically, and the associated license key is disabled at the same time.

Purchases made in the App Store

If you unlocked MeetMic Pro through an in-app purchase, Apple is the seller and we cannot refund it - we have no ability to issue a refund on an Apple purchase, and the self-serve form at meetmic.app/refund does not cover them. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from the App Store app itself. Apple decides those requests under its own terms rather than this policy, so the 30-day guarantee above does not apply to them.

No Refunds after 30 Days

We cannot issue refunds for transactions that are more than 30 days old. We encourage you to evaluate MeetMic during the first 30 days after purchase to ensure it meets your needs. If something exceptional happened, write to us at support@meetmic.app with the reason for your request and the date of the transaction, and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, this can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Once a purchase is refunded, the license key issued with it stops working.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our app and website. Your continued use of MeetMic after any changes to the Refund Policy have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
